Terry Loerch is the Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Yodawit LLC, a technology and business holding company developing people-first brands across commerce, accessibility, community, entertainment, and digital innovation.
Yodawit is built on collaboration rather than a traditional top-down corporate structure. Terry works alongside a dedicated team of partners, developers, creators, and business professionals who contribute different skills, experiences, and perspectives. The team works closely, supports one another, and approaches the company with the trust and commitment of a family.
Terry helped establish Yodawit’s vision and, as CEO, continues to play an active role in brand development, public relations, marketing, communications, creative strategy, and long-term growth.
His path to entrepreneurship was shaped by experiences that required him to rebuild his life and redefine success. After becoming disabled, he developed a belief that continues to influence everything he creates: there is something valuable hidden inside nearly every challenge. For Terry, this is not polished optimism. It is a practical philosophy shaped by lived experience, resilience, and the determination to continue moving forward.
That perspective can be seen throughout Yodawit. Worth Offer was created to challenge inflated pricing and make useful, well-designed products more accessible to everyday consumers. United Disabilities and Ask Disability were developed to provide resources, information, technology, and community for people with disabilities. Yodawit’s other ventures explore employment, entrepreneurship, human connection, digital independence, loyalty technology, entertainment, and the ways people interact online.
Before establishing Yodawit, Terry spent more than two decades working in public relations, digital marketing, program development, community outreach, accessibility, and organizational growth. His experience includes developing public-facing programs, building brands, managing communications, creating online communities, and advocating for people too often overlooked by traditional institutions and businesses.
Terry is also a published author and public writer. His books include Stronger Than Our Challenges, Hearts of Every Kind: Stories That Understand, Comfort, and Inspire, and the memoir Seen Completely: This Is Life. Through his writing, he explores disability, resilience, kindness, survival, fatherhood, and the experiences that shape how people understand themselves and one another.
Above every professional title, Terry is a proud single father. Fatherhood remains one of the clearest sources of his purpose and continues to influence the way he approaches business, writing, advocacy, and life.
